We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colours may vary depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. ATLEX will not be responsible for any items that run out of stock or are discontinued by the manufacturer while displayed online.

We will endeavour to keep the site updated.

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 5pm Australian EST will be shipped to your nearest regional town (or to your property where possible) within 5 working days, if in stock, however this will be confirmed in an order confirmation letter/email (Weekdays only, orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays may take longer). Locations outside capital cities and major regional centre’s and very remote locations will take longer and you will be advised in a order confirmation letter/email approx. delivery lead times.

All freight quoted is to Australian mainland locations only e.g. orders from Tasmania are delivered to Melbourne Port only. Atlex will quote freight separately for any orders over AUD $10,000 and any orders that require delivery to locations overseas.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt including a photo of the damaged item. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Atlex Stockyards. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item.

 

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges and we must receive written notice within 7 days of receipt and the goods back in the original state, with original packaging/tags still attached to the item, unused and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. If an exchange of the same item cannot be made by us then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months. We reserve the right to not exchange on sale items.

 

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will arrange a replacement at no charge, or a refund for the damaged item if only part of the order. Claims must be advised within 7days of receipt along with a photo of the damage and the damaged goods returned within 14 days of receipt of your complete order, Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. Please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement.

  • Direct Deposit – For Direct Deposit orders, ATLEX Stockyards will not dispatch your order until payment has been received.

We recognize that privacy, whether it is personal or credit card information, is important to our customers. Our website does not store your credit card details.

All credit card details are transferred via 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security via our secure payment gateway EWAY.

Your card details are encrypted and processed in real time. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of payment.

 

PAYMENT

All orders on this website must be pre-paid before fulfilment. All orders are placed in Australian dollars (AUD).

In the case that you pay for an order with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider in circumstances where this is required. In the case of offline payment, we will contact you to arrange payment. This process must be completed before your order can be shipped.

In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that stock will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method made to function.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

The type of information which we collect about you will depend on how you use the facilities offered on the website and which products or services you use.

If you visit the website to browse or download information, the web server will record the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and the information downloaded. We will only use this information for statistical and for website development purposes.

Any information that you enter on to an online application form (eg. contact details) will only be collected by us if you submit your online application. In other words, if you cancel your application or log out prior to submitting your application, any information which you had entered is automatically deleted.

We will not use or disclose any information collected about you other than for the purpose for which you have given it to us.

If you consent, we may email you about an event or new service that we think might be of interest to you. If at any point you no longer wish to receive such emails, you just have to reply and type “remove” in the subject line of your email.
