Naracoorte Regional Livestock Exchange in the south east of South Australia is expanding their cattle holding yards with an additional 36 soft floor pens to assist delivery. This is additional to an adjustable electric winch ramp to the second deck of their third loading ramp.

The Exchange is the second largest facility in South Australia and services a large portion of the southeast and parts of western Victoria. It will enjoy more flexibility of movement with laneways linking all pens. All pens have access to troughs.

Brendan Smith and Bradley Kneebone of Atlex Stockyards finished the expansion. Atlex was involved in the design, prefabrication and construction of the pens and upgrade of the fixed ramp to an adjustable electric winch operation.
