Tapered Race

• Prevents young cattle from turning around, and minimises congestion, saving you time and eliminating frustration.

Clip-on Walkways

• Provides you with a non-slip surface and safe access to your cattle while they are in the race.
• They are approx 500mm above ground level and at least 600mm wide for safety.

Spring Release Gate Catches

• Allows gates be held closed with our inline spring catch which can be held open with a special lip to avoid bruising when open.

Two-way Sliding Gates

• Work from both sides providing you with the flexibility of using either side.

Heavy-Duty Rotary Force

• With three metre diameter and friction catch which can be stopped at any stage on the circular force with a 50x50 RHS frame, heavy 1.5mm sheet welded to the frame and overhead bracing and 80NB posts on the outside.
• It eliminates the need to have the operator in a confined area forcing cattle into the race. An automatic brake prevents cattle from escaping back.
• The controls can be operated from the ground or from the walkway on the outside of the yards.

• Fully sheeted to eliminate issues of outside distractions for cattle, enticing them to move freely towards the open race.

• The Heavy Duty Rotary Force was first installed at Glenthompson, Vic in 1992.

Safety Walk Through Walkways

• For quick, easy and safe self-closing access and exit, this great safety feature eliminates the need to climb over fences or opening and shutting gates when forcing cattle into the working race.

• Manways were first installed in cattle yards at Henty, NSW in 1991

Heavy-Duty Loading Ramp

• Ramp have a walkway and two safety rails down one side, there is the option of a 1.5 metre flat platform extension, which allows cattle to easily enter or exit the truck with stable footing. A 0.8m truckie safety gate is located at the top to allow the truckie to easily access the truck to open or shut gates.

• They are robust and allow you to follow your cattle up the ramp safely. All ramps have the Atlex adjustable buffer to fill the gap neatly when trucks contact the ramp and to prevent injury to the cattle's feet.

Pre-Fabricated Double Cattle Loading Ramp

• The pre-fabricated double cattle loading ramp has the innovative method of preassembly which has eliminated up to 2 weeks on-site construction time, it is constructed at the Atlex workshop and transported directly to site for assembly taking approximately 4 hours before the concrete is poured to act as the floors for the cattle.
• The Ramp is 11.5 metres in length with an under and over configuration, sheeted sides combined with walkways on either side conforming to Australian Standards with access gates at the front to allow easy access into the trailer. The pre-fabricated package easily stacks onto a rigid tray truck.
