Office Manager

A full-time Dubbo based position exists for a suitably qualified, experienced and competent person to effectively and efficiently manage the day to day administrative operations of our office. The position uses established procedures in a systems orientated work environment. Duties broadly involve assisting with the co-ordination of enquiries, sales, manufacturing and delivery, within a small team.

Our business has been servicing the rural community for 29 years and we would expect applicants to enjoy communicating and associating with our rural clients. Therefore a strong rural background is highly regarded.

The position requires exceptional administrative, organisational and communicative skills, a cheerful disposition and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and self-motivation.

 

Stockyard Marketing, Sales & Design

A Marketing, Sales and Design person is required for Australia's leading stockyard design, manufacture and installation company.

The position is Dubbo, NSW based and includes a mix of both office duties and extensive travel. Designers travel to site to liaise with customers on their stock handling needs and carry out our On-Property Design Service using robotic survey equipment and CAD drawing to create custom designed sheep and cattle yards. The position also involves marketing through internet, print advertising, editorial and field days.

 

Supply Chain Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, results-orientated Supply Chain Manager to co-ordinate the supply and delivery of our products to our customers, Australia wide. A working knowledge of LEAN Management principles would be highly regarded.

The applicant should be able to coordinate manufacture and supply to stringent quality assured standards, be a self-starter, enthusiastic, responsible, well organised, and add experience to the position. The applicant must have an appreciation of working in a small business environment, as an energetic part of a team.
